Basketball Assist

Basketball Assist Corporation
Basketball Assist is an IRS 501(c)3 nonprofit organization that provides scholarships for kids to attend basketball programming conducted by the National Basketball Academy. To accomplish this goal we develop and manage fundraising events where we raise money to award scholarships to needy families. We use 100% of our net funds to provide scholarships. Our employees volunteer their time to ensure that our events are fun and successful.

The purpose of the Bay Rockets Association is to promote and support the athletic teams and programs of Bay High School and Bay Middle school through fund raising activities and donations.

Founded in the fall of 1996, the Chagrin Falls Dad’s Club (CFDC) is a non-profit organization with two primary goals; to improve the educational, recreational and local opportunities available to the children of the Chagrin Falls School District, and to promote good fellowship and a sense of community among all who participate in our organization and in our events.

The Copley-Fairlawn Athletic Association is a not-for-profit organization comprised primarily of volunteers.  We are focused on providing for the formation, organization, training and development of our community’s youth.  We are committed to providing a fun yet competitive environment whereby the youth of our community may compete and develop general or advanced skills in specific sports, while learning the basic values of teamwork, respect and sportsmanship.

Dare Friends of D.A.R.E., Inc.
This Program is taught to elementary school 5th graders and targets the topic of Drug Abuse. D.A.R.E. is taught by uniformed Police Officers in all 82 Cleveland Municipal School District Elementary Schools and several Cleveland Parochial Schools. Aproximately 6,400 children attend D.A.R.E. classes a week. D.A.R.E. is a 17-week program.

Garfield Heights High Booster Club

Garfield Heights Athletic Booster Club
The Booster Club has provided in excess of $1.5 million in the past 39 years for major projects like baseball and softball fields, football stands, weight rooms, soccer goals, wrestling mats and other sports equipment. It gives annual support for uniforms, equipment, rewards/recognition and scholarships. The club also started the Little Bulldog: Wrestling, Football, Basketball, and Cheerleading.

Hiram House Camp, in continuous operation since 1896, has been working to enrich the lives of children through camping. We provide the youth with an opportunity to live, play and learn in an environment tha is racially, ethicmically and socio-economically diverse. Hiram House is commited to promoting family values, building character and opening new horizons for youth.

Medina Creative Housing Medina Creative Housing, Inc.
Medina Creative Housing works with families to encourage early planning and timely transition of adult children with disabilities into independent housing with support designed and adapted to meet their child’s individual needs. Today, Medina Creative Housing provides single family homes and is expanding housing options through development of Medina Creative Living subsidized garden style apartment units.

Mentor Figure Skating Mentor Figure Skating
The Mentor Figure Skating Club was formed in 1984 to encourage the instruction, practice and advancement of its members in all forms of figure skating, including free skating, pairs skating, ice dancing, and synchronized skating. We currently have 120 members. The Mentor Figure Skating Club’s home rink is located at the Mentor Civic Arena. The Mentor Civic Arena houses an ice skating complex with two regulation-size ice rinks, a studio rink, lockers and snack bar.

Midpark Boosters
The Midpark Boosters' mission is to support all extracurricular activities at the high school including the athletics program and music program. Through our fundraising efforts we recently purchased new weight lifting equipment, built new girl's softball dugouts, added new scoreboards to the baseball and softball fields, and funded scholarships for deserving Seniors.

Spectrum School started with a very simple idea: individual professional soccer training for anyone at any level that had a desire and commitment to work toward developing to their full potential. Over the years, Spectrum has slowly evolved into one of the Premier Soccer Clubs in Ohio.  So if you are looking for a soccer home for you and your child, give Spectrum a try before making your final decision on joining another club.  We are a smaller, family oriented program in which your child’s soccer development is our main goal. Also, in these economically troubled times, we pride ourselves on making soccer development at a higher level very affordable for everyone!
